Operations

Over the decades that ACT has been designing and manufacturing application specific AC-DC and DC-DC power supplies, ACT has strategically invested in operations capabilities. This has enabled ACT to achieve a high level of vertical integration. All of ACT’s engineering and manufacturing resources are located within a single 63,000 sq. ft. facility.

Our greatest capability is the experience and skill contained within ACT’s employees. ACT’s skilled and experienced staff, many of whom have been with ACT for over 15 years, provides an invaluable level of expertise to utilize the manufacturing capabilities contained within ACT.

operationsExperience has repeatedly demonstrated that this vertical integration enhances ACT’s ability to:

  • Significantly reduce development time
  • Be flexible
  • Respond rapidly
  • Maintain direct control of production capacity and priorities
  • Achieve and maintain high quality levels
  • Provide affordable products

Our extensive on-site manufacturing capabilities enable us to build whatever the ACT engineering team develops for your application – from quick reaction prototype to pre-production to full rate production

All this vertical integration is available for your power supplies needs. ACT has been developing rugged power supplies for military applications since 1981 and is ready to solve your power supply problems.
