CNC Machinist/Programmer

Follow quality requirements and safety procedures to program and machine components per drawing dimensional and tolerance specifications utilizing CNC machining centers available within the Machine Shop.


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years training or equivalent commensurate combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated ability to program and machine complex components with horizontal and vertical machining centers
  • Demonstrated ability to program with a CAM system, GibbsCAM and/or Mastercam preferred
  • Knowledge of and experience with G&M codes
  • Demonstrated foundation in geometric tolerancing and dimensions
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, decimals and fractions
  • Ability to read blueprints and bills of materials
  • Computer experience to include proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and ERP systems (Syteline preferred)

Electrical Design Engineer

Designs, develops, improves and tests new or existing custom electronic products from concept through production.  Interfaces with customers on requirements and provides technical proposals in response to requests for quotes.

Electronics Assembler

Assemble electronic assemblies and subassemblies by hand soldering components such as resistors, capacitors, transformers and connectors onto printed circuit boards and connect wires to the assemblies.


  • High school diploma/GED
  • 2+ years experience handling electronic assembly and components including hand soldering of components preferred (J-Standard soldering a plus)
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, decimals and fractions.

Electronics Test Technician

Conducts a variety of electronic and electromechanical tests on electronic systems, subassemblies and parts to ensure operation in accordance with specifications. Applies knowledge of electronic principles in determining equipment malfunctions and applies skills in restoring equipment to operation.


  • Associates degree or equivalent from two year/technical school in electronic or commensurate applicable experience
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, decimals and fractions including electronic theory math
  • Ability to read blueprints and bills of material
  • Computer skills to include Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word) and Adobe Reader
  • Vision abilities to include close vision, color vision and depth perception

Finish machined and fabricated components by removing sharp edges, burrs and prepares the surface for further finishing.  Applies final finishes to component per print and procedure specifications using chemical conversion, electro-chemical or paint systems.

Manufacturing Engineer

Develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing methods and processes or the purpose of sustaining the manufacture of existing products as well as the introduction of new products. Involved in all Build-to-Print business and responsible for manufacturing equipment and processes throughout the facility.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or comparable experience and education
  • Solidworks and design engineering experience, preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to read and write business procedures, general business periodicals, manuals, blueprints and other correspondence
  • Continuous improvement desired (Six Sigma, Lean or 5S/6S
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to balance immediate/long term priorities and exceptional multitasking skills are a necessity
  • Strong computer skills including ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel and Word)
  • An enthusiastic self-starter with a strong drive to improve existing processes is highly desired

Quality & Environmental Safety Engineer

Develop and provide quality plans to prevent product defects or deviations from customer requirements including product failure analysis down to root cause level. Create and present training plans to support AS9100 quality management systems and safety programs. Manage safety and health programs to include building and environmental responsibilities with regard to OSHA regulations.


  • BS Degree in Industrial Engineering or an equivalent number of years of education and applicable experience
  • Previous quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Computer experience to include proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
  • Demonstrated strength in effectively communication with others to build positive working relationships
  • Strong skills in analytics and problem solving

System Support Specialist

Provide technical and administrative support of all computerized assets including desktop, software, telephone, internet and networking support for users. Maintain and enhance hardware and software to maximize efficiency of network and users’ utilization of them. Play significant role in securing the company’s physical and information assets, including but not limited to hardware, software, intellectual property and firewall.


  • Associates degree in computer science plus two years’ experience in network administration or commensurate experience including windows, server configuration and TCP/IP protocols
  • Demonstrated experience diagnosing and resolving desktop, server, network and software issues
  • Demonstrated ability using remote connectivity to correct computer issues
  • Demonstrated communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Configuration knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe and related software packages
  • Linux and Active directory user administration and Exchange mailbox creation experience a plus
  • Ability to diagnose complex hardware and software installations and repair them back to working order
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity and the ability to research for current vulnerability exploits
  • Ability to turn cybersecurity requirements into a plan of action and implement the actions to secure the company’s perimeter
  • Ability to multitask
