CNC Machinist/Programmer 

Follow quality requirements and safety procedures to program and machine components per drawing dimensional and tolerance specifications utilizing CNC machining centers available within the Machine Shop.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years training or equivalent commensurate combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated ability to program and machine complex components with horizontal and vertical machining centers
  • Demonstrated ability to program with a CAM system, GibbsCAM and/or Mastercam preferred
  • Knowledge of and experience with G&M codes
  • Demonstrated foundation in geometric tolerancing and dimensions
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, decimals and fractions
  • Ability to read blueprints and bills of materials
  • Computer experience to include proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and ERP systems (Syteline preferred)

Electrical Design Engineer 

Designs, develops, improves and tests new or existing custom electronic products from concept through production.  Interfaces with customers on requirements and provides technical proposals in response to requests for quotes.

Qualifications:

  • BSEE or BSEET
  • Engineering skills to include analog design with preference to power supply design experience
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask

Electronics Assembler 

Assemble electronic assemblies and subassemblies by hand soldering components such as resistors, capacitors, transformers and connectors onto printed circuit boards and connect wires to the assemblies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • 2+ years experience handling electronic assembly and components including hand soldering of components preferred (J-Standard soldering a plus)
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, decimals and fractions.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Engineering Manager 

Responsible for managing and coordinating the work of highly skilled engineering staff, placing particular emphasis on project management within the department. Supervise day to day engineering functions and support sales functions with heavy involvement in customer interactions. May require travel in support of sales and/or products.

Qualifications:

  • BSEE required, with preference to MSEE
  • Engineering skills to include analog design with power supply design experience preferred
  • Engineering management experience strongly preferred
  • Strong project management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail

Inventory Control/Shipping Clerk 

Preserve product during all stages of stockroom processing, including proper identification to maintain conformity requirements, handling, packaging, storage, shelf-life control and stock rotation. Sustains inventory locations and concludes the manufacturing cycle by packaging and shipping finished product to the customer.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous inventory control experience preferred
  • Previous shipping experience preferred
  • Strong computer literacy. Computer experience to include proficiency with ERP systems, Excel, Word and Outlook

Machine Operator (Surface Mount) 

Set-up and operate surface mount (SMT) assembly equipment and/or PC board assembly equipment using CAD data/software. Perform surface mount repairs and/or hand solder surface mount or through-hole components when necessary. Create reflow oven profiles with automated software, update inventory levels in MRP system and program equipment (if required)

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years experience handling and soldering electronic assemblies and components preferred
  • Good computer skills including experience with Windows based systems
  • Ability to read bills of material and assembly drawings
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Metal Fabricator/Finisher 

Follow quality requirements and safety procedures to fabricate components per drawing dimensions and tolerance specifications as well as solder components and assemblies. Finish machined and fabricated components and apply final finishes to components per print and drawing specifications.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, decimals and fractions
  • Mechanical ability
  • Previous painting experience a plus
  • Ability to read or learn to read blueprints and assembly instructions
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be able to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time. Must be comfortable working with and around chemicals and odors

Production Supervisor 

Supervise and coordinate activities of staff engaged in manufacture of components or finished goods of electronic assemblies. Plan flow of work within department to ensure that customer deadlines are met. Establish work procedures to meet production schedules. Establish and maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent in technical field; BS degree in Engineering or related field preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing including supervisor/leadership role
  • High customer focus and respect for lead time and delivery deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as computer skills including ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel and Word)
  • Ability to read and write business procedures, general business periodicals, manuals, design documents and other correspondence
  • IPC-A-610, IPC-WHMA-A-620 and/or IPC-J-STD-001 certifications preferred
