Electrical Design Engineer

Designs, develops, improves and tests new or existing custom electronic products from concept through production.  Interfaces with customers on requirements and provides technical proposals in response to requests for quotes.


  • Engineering skills to include analog design with preference to power supply design experience
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail

  • May require travel in support of sales and/or products


Electronics Assembler

Assemble electronic assemblies and subassemblies by hand soldering components such as resistors, capacitors, transformers and connectors onto printed circuit boards and connect wires to the assemblies.


  • High school diploma/GED
  • 2+ years experience handling electronic assembly and components including hand soldering of components preferred (J-Standard soldering a plus)
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, decimals and fractions.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask



Finish machined and fabricated components by removing sharp edges, burrs and prepares the surface for further finishing.  Applies final finishes to component per print and procedure specifications using chemical conversion, electro-chemical or paint systems.


  • High school diploma/GED
  • 3-6  months related experience and/or training or equivalent, preferred
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, decimals and fractions
  • Ability to read blueprints and bills of materials
  • Ability to seek out solutions independently and work with minimal supervision
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask


Materials Manager

Manages activities related to purchasing and material requirements planning.  Manages and improves the planning function through the full utilization of ERP and MRP systems.  Manages and coordinates others in purchasing and financial forecasting activities that limit costs and improve customer service. Implement supply chain processes that support business strategies adapted to changing market conditions, new business opportunities, and cost reduction strategies.

  • BS Degree in Materials Management, Sourcing or related field or equivalent experience.
  • American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) certification preferred; Institute for Supply Management (ISM) certification preferred.
  • 7-10 years materials experience that includes purchasing, planning, forecasting and inventory control management in a manufacturing environment.
  • Prior experience utilizing an ERP system is preferred and knowledge of the Syteline ERP system is a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills are necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
  • Ability to drive process improvements to enhance and streamline planning, purchasing and warehousing processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to balance immediate/long-term priorities and exceptional multitasking skills are a necessity.
