CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE 

Be the primary interface with all potential and existing customers for new and existing orders, returns and general customer service inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred or a combination of equivalent experience and education
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing customer service role is helpful, but not required
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced computer experience to include ERP systems and MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects and prioritize work to complete assignments in a logical and efficient manner
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability and strength in effectively communicating with others to build positive working relationships and reach creative solutions to satisfy objectives
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to balance immediate/long-term priorities and exceptional multitasking skills are a necessity

DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST 

Create and manage print and digital marketing campaigns for the organization to promote our products and services.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Marketing or commensurate marketing education and experience
  • Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies preferred
  • Understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO, social media, etc.) and market research methods
  • Knowledge of graphic design and associated applications (Photoshop/Illustrator/Publisher, etc.)
  • Computer experience to include proficiency in MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (web analytics, etc.)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLER 

Assemble and solder circuit card assemblies (CCAs), printed circuit boards (PCBs), through-hold components and surface mount components. Performs wiring and mechanical assembly operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 or more years of experience in electronic assembly role, including hand-soldering of components and wires preferred
  • Ability to recognize components and determine polarity
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, decimals and fractions
  • Ability to read and understand drawings, procedures and bills of material
  • Good organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Good computer skills, including the ability to accurately enter, transact and retrieve simple data

INVENTORY CONTROL/SHIPPING CLERK 

Responsible for product during all stages of stockroom processing as well as packaging and shipping finished product to the customer.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous inventory control experience a plus, but not required
  • Strong computer literacy. Computer experience to include proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with others to build positive working relationships
  • Good organizational skills and the attention to detail to accurately transact work are of utmost importance

MANUFACTURING ENGINEER 

Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods, processes and tooling for the purpose of sustaining the profitable manufacture of existing products as well as the introduction of new products. The scope of this role includes all products that ACT manufactures and all processes used to manufacture these products.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering with Bachelor’s degree preferred or comparable experience and education
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills including ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel and Word)
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail

METAL SHOP FABRICATOR/FINISHER 

Fabricate components using hand tools and manual computer controlled fabrication equipment. Finish machined and fabricated components by removing sharp edges and burrs and prepares the surface for further finishing. Applies final finishes to component per print and procedure specifications using chemical conversion, electro-chemical or paint systems.

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, decimals and fractions

SALES/APPLICATIONS ENGINEER 

Develop and maintain mutually beneficial business relationships with all customers. Provide technical guidance and conceptualization in supporting new sales opportunities of ACT products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related
  • Previous industry experience or sales experience (including inside sales) a plus, but not required
  • Desire to learn or demonstrated ability to sell technical capabilities as well as technical hardware solutions
  • Desire to learn or demonstrated ability to arrange face-to-face meetings with new and existing customers
  • Strategic thinker and planner with a demonstrated ability to keep the ‘big picture’ in mind while working in depth to great detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self starter who functions effectively with limited direct supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

SENIOR ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER 

Designs, develops, improves and tests new or existing custom electronic products from concept through production.  Interfaces with customers on requirements and provides technical proposals in response to requests for quotes.

Qualifications:

  • BSEE or BSEET
  • Engineering skills to include analog design with preference to power supply design experience
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
