Mon-Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm

CNC Operator/Machinist

Follows quality requirements and safety procedures to machine components per drawing dimensional and tolerance specifications utilizing machining (CNC water jet, CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers and LPKF) available within the Machine Shop.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous mill machining experience desired
  • Ability to read and understand drawings, procedures and bills of material
  • Basic math skills includign addition, subtraction, decimals and fractions
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail as well as the ability to multitask
  • Good computer skills, including the ability to accurately enter, transact and retrieve simple data as well as the ability to learnt ot program with Mastercam

Electronics Assembler

Assembles and solders circuit card assemblies (CCAs), printed circuit boards (PCBs), through-hole components and surface mount components. Performs wiring and mechanical assembly operations.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 or more years of experience in electronic assembly role, including hand-soldering of components and wires preferred, but not required
  • Ability to recognize components and determine polarity
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, decimals and fractions
  • Ability to read and understand drawings, procedures and BOMs
  • Good organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Good computer skills, including the ability to accurately enter, transact and retrieve simple data
  • Ability to multitask

Mon-Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm

Maintenance Technician

Performs highly diversified duties within the facility infrastructure according to safety, predictive and preventive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • HVAC certified EPA section 608
  • Basic awareness and understanding of OSHA/NFPA standards and guidelines for a manufacturing work environment
  • Ability to read measurements and blueprints. Strong math skills.
  • Ability to use all hand and power tools and equipment required by position safely and effectively
  • Basic machinist and fabrication skills. Electrical knowledge a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience to perform electrical, plumbing and carpentry duties
  • Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance procedures preferred
  • Able to effectively utilize computerized maintenance software and MS Outlook
  • Self-directed motivated team player dedicated to continual quality improvement of facility infrastructure
  • Demonstrates and maintains a professional demeanor in all situations including the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality as required by the position
