MIDDLETOWN, PA, March 1, 2017 – Since 1981, Advanced Conversion Technology (ACT) has been a premier designer and manufacturer of power solutions for military prime contractors. ACT’s products are used throughout the world in a variety of sea, air, and land applications. Our exposure to numerous programs and extensive product development experiences have provided us with a wealth of knowledge within the power supply market. ACT has been focused on creating a versatile military-grade commercial off-the-shelf power supplies (COTS) product line that can be utilized for a wide range of power needs. Our vertically integrated facility enables us to provide aggressive lead times and pricing in a highly competitive market.
We have completed the design and qualification testing of 2 versatile products, a 1000W DC-DC converter and a 400W AC-DC power supply. The DC-DC converter (ACT SW2511 Series) is compliant with MIL-STD-1275E, MIL-STD-461, and MIL-STD-810 and is available in a natural convection cooled or conduction cooled package. The AC-DC (ACT SW2512 Series) is natural convection-cooled supply and is compliant to MIL-STD-461 and MIL-STD-810. We are in the process of building stock of these COTS power supplies for quick delivery. These products were designed for versatility and ease of customization so we can accommodate an assortment of application-specific changes.
